1. Damaged, Defective, or Faulty Items

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
What to Do:

  • Open a Return for your Order Or Contact us at nexellus.help@gmail.com within 30 days.
  • Include your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
  • We’ll provide a free return label and resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.

2. General Returns (Non-Defective Items)

Return Window: 14 days from delivery.
Key Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

What to Do:

  1. Contact us at nexellus.help@gmail.com within 14 days, Or open your return for your order.
  2. We’ll provide a free return label and instructions.
  3. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed hygiene products (e.g., face masks, cosmetics).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).
  • Custom or personalized items.

4. Lost or Unclaimed Packages

  • Lost Packages: Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it wasn’t claimed, you’ll need to cover the reshipment costs.

5. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, reshipment fees will apply.
  • If the error was on our part, we’ll cover the costs.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Returns: We cover return shipping costs for both faulty and non-faulty items.

7. Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within an additional 3-5 business days.
